Mobility
Mobility involves movement of a body from point to point. (Motility is movement around a point) Mobility is prized by our culture but not motility. Yet motility is the under-pinning of mobility. Loss of mobility is preceded by loss of motility. Mobility is the 'shell' of a movement, and motility is the guts.
